Interview Transcript
Every individual as the power to make an impact in the society and most of us have forgotten that today most of us can go out and make a change that we want. As oppose to expecting the businesses and corporations to want the change and we want to bring the power to an individual rather than the power belonging to the corporations and the businesses. Innovation and entrepreneurship along with the tools available to us in a social media — we are able to go out and find the like minded people to bring about the change that we care about. So one of the things I talked about was, if you want to impact health care — you should be thinking innovational to use the technology such as micro fluids sensors and artificial intelligent software to be able to diagnose the diseases better than the doctors. Or if you want to change education let’s implement the education system that’s based on how the brain processes information. So we can go out and solve the grand challenges using innovation and entrepreneurship. In terms of activating the social commerce, it’s really has to be about people and what people really care about. That means there has to be ‘what is in it for me’ rather then what’s in it for the company. That means companies have to start changing and delivering the value to an individual. And the individual can come together and essential design what they want.
